If your inquiry concerns payroll, hiring, or timesheet-related emergencies, we advise you to visit our Contact page to identify and reach out to your department’s designated payroll preparer directly (via phone, Google Chat, or email). We strongly encourage opening an RT ticket related to the issue as well.
For non-urgent inquiries, we also recommend that you try using a General Inquiry ticket. We aim to respond to those within a 24 business hours window, and it’s a great way to engage and sometimes even inform future action on your behalf. Thank you so much!
